Shipping policy
Every Love from Woof order is carefully packed by hand.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. During particularly busy periods, Christmas, launches or market weekends, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer.
Delivery charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
UK Delivery
Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please check your address carefully before placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
If your parcel appears to be delayed or has not arrived when expected, please contact us at lynn@lovefromwoof.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available for addresses within approximately 3 miles of Love from Woof.
Where available, this option will be shown at checkout.
Local delivery is subject to availability and may not be offered on every order or at all times.
We do not offer customer collection from our business address.
